Eden Sessions 2027 accommodation near the Eden Project.

Coming to an Eden Sessions concert in Cornwall? Ennals Pool is a small, independent woodland stay at Trethurgy, near the Eden Project. Our yurt and vintage canvas tent sit beside a former china-clay lake, with the public Clay Trails route passing right through our 16-acre site.

The appeal is simple: make the concert part of a wider Cornwall break rather than treating the night as a hotel stop. You can spend the rest of the stay beside the lake, walking the clay-country landscape and exploring St Austell Bay and south Cornwall.

Planning for Eden Sessions 2027?

The official Eden Sessions website publishes each confirmed 2027 concert date and artist as they are announced. Once your gig is confirmed, tell us the artist and dates you want to stay. We can check each accommodation calendar and quote the current rate for those nights. Event-night prices may differ from our ordinary nightly rate, and no dates are reserved until we confirm a booking.

Why stay here for an Eden event?

Genuinely local

Ennal’s Pool is in Trethurgy near St Austell, within the same china-clay landscape as the Eden Project rather than at the far side of Cornwall.

A stay with its own story

The lake is a former china-clay working now surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with kingfishers, herons and dragonflies among the regular visitors.

Make a proper break of it

Rather than racing back after the music, consider spending a couple of nights among the trees, visiting the Eden Project and following the Clay Trails through our land or heading to the coast.

Small-scale accommodation

There are only two places to stay, so the atmosphere remains quiet and personal rather than feeling like a large event campsite.

Getting to and from an Eden Session

The Eden Project is in the same former china-clay landscape as Ennals Pool, but please arrange your journey to the venue and back before arriving. Eden advises that the nearest railway station is St Austell and that a concert-night bus may operate, with details confirmed nearer the show. Its car parks and on-site park-and-ride system are separate from accommodation at Ennals Pool. You can also arrive by bicycle, with bike racks at Eden's Banana Coach Park.

Although the Clay Trails public route crosses our land and connects into the Eden area, do not assume it is suitable for walking or cycling back from a concert in the dark. Some trail surfaces, hills and woodland sections need care; check the official route and your plans for the return journey in advance. Our private guest accommodation is away from the public right of way.

Eden permits some concertgoers to leave their cars overnight, but expressly prohibits sleeping in cars or camping in its car parks. Concert tickets are not included with accommodation at Ennals Pool.

Event-night rates and availability

Concert dates can be popular, so we may set different rates for particular Eden Sessions nights. Once the official line-up is announced, enquire with your preferred arrival and departure dates and we will check availability for the yurt or vintage tent and send you the price before you commit. A two-night break can be especially pleasant, giving you time to enjoy the lake and local area without rushing straight home after the concert.

Questions about staying for Eden Sessions

Where can I find confirmed Eden Sessions 2027 dates?

For dates and performers that have actually been announced, use the official Eden Sessions line-up, rather than relying on an unverified event listing.

Can we walk to an Eden Session from Ennals Pool?

The Clay Trails run through the site and link into the Eden area. That does not necessarily make an after-dark concert journey suitable. Please check the route, access times and safe transport arrangements before deciding to walk or cycle.

Can I book only the night of the concert?

Ask us for the particular dates. Minimum-night requirements and event prices may vary, so we will confirm the options and total price for your stay.

More than concert accommodation

Ennals Pool also suits couples and families looking for a nature break, unusual weekend away or distinctive Cornwall stay. If your Eden trip becomes a longer holiday, the site is well placed for the Eden Project, St Austell, the Clay Trails and the coast around St Austell Bay.
